Add multiple users to your main Kwikpic account, allowing simultaneous logins on multiple devices and granting customized access to your team members.

  • Note: This feature is for Business Accounts only.
  1. Log into the Kwikpic account for which you want to create multiple login IDs.
  2. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen, and then go to Business Settings.
  3. Go to the Team Login tab on the left.
  4. Click on the Add Team Member button on the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Enter their email or phone number and set a password.
    • Note: Ensure the email or phone number isn't already registered on Kwikpic.

Customizing Team Access

  1. Enable Root Access to give a team member complete access to all groups and business settings, except team login settings.
  2. For specific group access, disable Root Access. Then click on Select Groups to choose the desired groups, and then click Save.
    • Note: Team members without root access won't be able to modify any business settings. However, they can perform all group-related actions like uploading, deleting photos, and making changes to the group settings for the groups they have access to.
  3. Once satisfied with the setting, tap on Add to add the member.

Editing Team Member Profiles

To modify the permissions of an existing team member, click on the pencil icon. Here you will be able to enable or disable root access and modify group access.

  • Note: You can not change the login email or phone number of an existing team member.
    • To change these details, remove the member by clicking on the bin icon and then add them again.
