To manage your Kwikpic group’s Privacy Settings,

  1. Open your Kwikpic group and click on the Settings icon under the group name.
  2. Go to the Privacy Setting tab on the left.

Here's everything you can do within the Privacy Settings:

  • Manage Group Name and Icon Restrictions: Enable this option to allow anyone to modify the group name or icon.
  • Restricting Direct Joining: Restrict people from joining your group directly via the invite link, QR code or uCode by disabling the Anyone with link can join setting. Only those people whom you add from your contact list using the Kwikpic Mobile App will be a part of the group.
  • Handling Deleted Photos: Deleted photos are stored temporarily for 24 hours before permanent deletion. Enable the Hide Deleted Folder option if you don’t want this folder to be visible.
  • Control Photo-Access: Choose between Small-Personal Group or Big Public Group. Members in the former can access all photos, while in the latter, they can only view their own and the highlights folder. However, In a Big Public Group, if you want to give certain members access to all photos, you can send them the full-access invite.
  • Manage Upload Permissions: Opt for All Participants to allow everyone to upload photos. Select Choose Participants to specify who can upload photos to the group.
  • Anonymous Viewing: Allow viewing photos without needing to login by enabling the Anonymous Viewing option.
    • Note: This is a premium feature and is additionally chargeable.
  • After setting up the desired settings, click on the Save button.
