Kwikpic is a photo-sharing app powered by AI that enables users to smartly share, find, and interact with their photos. It uses cutting-edge facial recognition technology to match, tag, and share photos instantly with clients and group members.

Just create a group, invite your friends, and dump your photos – Kwikpic takes care of the rest! The AI-powered facial recognition arranges pictures in a beautiful gallery, matching and tagging each face flawlessly.
Kwikpic offers free and paid plans. All plans includes unlimited Face Recognition and unlimited Albums/Groups. You can upload up to 1,000 photos for free in the 1st year. The free limit reduces to 100 photos from the 2nd Year onwards. If you want access to the premium features or increased storage, upgrade to our paid plans.
You can view, share, and download previously browsed photos on Kwikpic without an internet connection.
In a Small Personal Group, you can see the list of participants and their pictures. While in a Big Public Group, the participants' list will not be visible.
Kwikpic will soon introduce a group chat feature, similar to WhatsApp. This will enable you to not only view photos but also interact directly with group members.
Currently, Kwikpic does not offer the option to order physical copies of your photos. However, we're excited to announce that this feature will be available shortly. In the meantime, you can enjoy creating personalized Digital Albums on Kwikpic.
As of now, collaborative editing of photos within Kwikpic is not supported by the app. However, users have the option to organize their pictures into different folders within the app which allows users to efficiently manage and categorize their photos.
Facial recognition is available to all users of Kwikpic, including the users using the free plan. You can use Kwikpic's blazing-fast facial recognition technology as many times as you want at no additional cost.
No, Kwikpic doesn’t allow users to manually tag faces in photos.
To download and install the Kwikpic app, visit the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Search for Kwikpic in the app store, and click on the Install or Get button to download and install the app.
Yes, you can use Kwikpic on your Mobile Devices, Tablets, iPads, and Computers. To use it on Computers, login to Kwikpic's website.
To delete your Kwikpic account, follow these simple steps.
- Click on the profile icon or the 3 dots at the top right corner of the homepage
- Go to Privacy & Settings
- Click on the Delete my Account option
- Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including photos and event access.
Kwikpic is just a software/platform; we do not have access to your event photos.
To get your event photos, please contact the Event Host or Photographer and request them to upload the photos and share the QR Code or Link with you.

Face Recognition
Yes, with Kwikpic you get a 99.9% facial recognition accuracy which ensures that faces are accurately recognized even in group photos.

Yes, Kwikpic can recognize blurred or partially covered faces.
If you’re not able to view any photos on Kwikpic, try these steps:
- Check if you've joined the relevant event group on your homepage.
- If you have joined the group and still no photos of you are visible, it may mean that none were detected from the event. To improve results, try retaking your selfie to enhance face recognition accuracy.
If you see a discrepancy in the number of photos visible (e.g., 1000 uploaded but only 20 visible), it may be due to limited access permissions.
To view all photos:

Request Full Access: Contact the group admin and ask them to update your role to Full Access.

Alternatively, the admin can also share the Full Access link with you, allowing you to view all the photos in the group.
If you feel that some photos of you are missing or face recognition results are inconsistent, try these solutions:
- Allow Time for Updates: Face recognition accuracy may fluctuate with server traffic. Checking back after a few hours can help.
- Retake Your Selfie: To improve results, retake your selfie in a well-lit environment.
- Note: Photos with obstructed views of your face may not be recognized.
Login to your Kwikpic account → Click on the 3 dots (Top Right Corner) → Settings → Click on the pencil icon beside your photo → Retake selfie
- Note: If the primary photo/selfie is of a different person, you will have to delete your account and sign up again.
If you want to access photos of a family member within the same account, you can create a Secondary Profile instead of using a different account.
- Note: You can add up to 4 faces in one Kwikpic Account: 1 Primary and 3 Secondary.
Yes, Kwikpic now offers Liveness Detection, a feature designed to reject fake selfies taken from a screen or a printed photo. This feature ensures that the selfies submitted for events are genuine, adding an extra layer of security to your photos.
To turn Liveness Detection On, Go to the Group Settings, select the Privacy Settings tab, and enable the Liveness Detection option.
- Note: Liveness Detection will cost 2 credits per guest.
Kwikpic allows only one person's selfie per account. If you need to upload a different selfie, you have the following options:
- For a different person’s selfie – You can add extra profiles within the same account. Watch this tutorial: How to add profiles.
- Create a new account – Register with a different email or phone number
- Delete your current account – If you want to use the same email/phone number, follow these steps:
Tap on three dots at the top right -> Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete My Account
After 24 hours, you can register again with the same phone number/email and upload a new selfie.
Pricing
Yes, there are premium or paid features in Kwikpic, offered through varied subscription plans. Premium features include Additional Storage Space, Gallery Themes, Anonymous Viewing, etc. Users can choose the plan that best suits their needs and preferences.
Your data will stay on Kwikpic for a period of 1 week. If you resume your subscription within that 1 week, you will get access to those photos. If you do not resume your subscription, all additional photos beyond the free limit will be deleted from Kwikpic.

As of now, Kwikpic does not have built-in integration with other photography or event management tools.

The Kwikpic desktop application for Mac and Windows is a tool that allows you to upload photos three times faster, copy client favorites, and upload photos instantly from your camera or a folder on your desktop to Kwikpic.

To upload photos:
- Login to Kwikpic's Desktop Application
- Create or select a Kwikpic group.
- Choose one of the upload options:
- A) Select and upload photos from your computer.
- B) Use the One Shot Upload to upload multiple folders at once.
- C) Use the Instant Upload from Camera or Folder option to sync photos in real-time.
