Whether you’re a professional photographer or an event host, you can now easily sell your event photos directly to attendees and guests on Kwikpic. Let’s learn how!

Section 1: Set Up Your Group for Photo Sales​

1. Click on the Create a Group button.
2. Click on More Options and enable the Sell and Buy Photos option to activate the marketplace feature.

• Note: This setting must be enabled at the time of group creation. It cannot be applied to existing groups or reverted later.

Section 2: Set Up Pricing for Your Photos​

1. After creating your group, click the Settings icon located under the group name.
2. Go to the Sell Photos tab in the left panel.
3. Create pricing bundles based on photo quantity. For example:
   • $10 per photo for up to 10 photos
   • $6 per photo for 11 to 30 photos
4. Click Save to finalize your pricing structure.

• Note: You can add up to five bundles.

Section 3: Upload Event Photos to the Group​

1. Click on the Upload button to upload photos you want to sell on the group
2. Share the invite link of the group with your clients and guests.

Section 4: Client Purchase Experience​

• Clients viewing your group will see watermarked versions of the photos.
• A Premium tag will indicate that a photo is available for purchase.
• Clients can:

1. Add photos one by one to their cart.
2. Or select multiple images and click Add to Cart.

Once they’ve selected their photos, they can click the Cart button to proceed to checkout.

Section 5: Complete the Checkout Process​

In the cart, users will see a detailed price breakdown. To complete the purchase, they will have to:

1. Add the required credits to their account.
2. Click Checkout to finalize the order.

Purchased photos will appear:

• Without watermarks
• Marked with a Purchased tag

Section 6: Access and Withdraw Your Earnings​

• Once a purchase is made, the funds will be added to your Kwikpic wallet.
• You can then request a transfer of these funds to your bank account at your convenience.
