Group Enhancements and Specialized Tools
Album Selection
Kwikpic's Album Selection feature simplifies client management. Clients can easily select their favorite photos and leave comments. As a photographer, you can use their selected photos for printing or further editing.
Login to Kwikpic's website on desktop > Open Group > Group Settings > Client Favourites Tab. In the client favorites tab, download the images directly or download the TXT/CSV file and use it with the Kwikpic Desktop App to copy the selected images in original quality on your computer.
Yes if you have a backup of all the original photos, the selected photos can be copied in original quality from the source folder of your computer using the Kwikpic Desktop App. The other option is to pay extra for enabling Original Quality downloads directly from Kwikpic Website.
Yes, clients can leave comments or feedback on individual photos using the comments button inside the My Favorites folder.
Transfer Ownership
Yes, you can transfer ownership of a group to another user.
Transferring ownership in Kwikpic means transferring the role of the group owner, along with all its associated rights to another member of the group.
Only the group's creator or admin can transfer ownership of a Kwikpic group.
If the recipient does not respond within 24 hours, the transfer request is automatically accepted.
The recipient will receive an SMS and an email with a website link to accept or reject the transfer request.
Once the transfer is complete, the photos and group ownership are removed from your account, thereby freeing up your storage space.
Yes, you have the option to either leave the group or remain as a member after transferring ownership.
Anonymous Viewing
Kwikpic does not assume responsibility for data leaks and privacy issues when the Anonymous Viewing feature is enabled.
Yes, with Kwikpic's Anonymous Viewing feature, attendees can access event photos without the need to sign in with their email or phone number. Simply enable the feature for your event group and share the link for hassle-free access.
User Analytics
Yes, you can easily export the registration data and analytics of one/all Kwikpic groups in an excel format for further analysis or marketing purposes. Login to the Kwikpic Website > Click on your name (Top Right) > Click on Analytics > Click on Export
You can track the number of photo downloads on the Analytics page. Login to the Kwikpic Website > Click on your name (Top Right) > Click on Analytics

Kwikpic Wallet
Yes, group members will receive instant notifications from the Kwikpic Mobile App for all activities including photo uploads. However, you can also use the Kwikpic wallet feature to send customized messages and notifications via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp to group participants.
To add credits to your Kwikpic Wallet, Click on the Profile Icon > Business/Profile Settings > Kwikpic Wallet tab
In the Kwikpic Wallet tab, enter the desired amount of credits in the Add Credit section and make the payment.
The amount of credits that you can purchase for 1 dollar or rupee keeps fluctuating. For the latest prices, login to your account and visit the Kwikpic Wallet tab.
You have the option to add wallet credits through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal or other wallets.
To check your Kwikpic Wallet Balance, Click on the Profile Icon > BusinessSettings > Kwikpic Wallet tab
You can use Kwikpic Wallet credits to send messages and emails. You can also use it for purchasing or renewing subscriptions or unlocking premium features by contacting Kwikpic support.
No, once the credits are added, we can not issue a refund.

Apart from the automated mobile app notifications, you can send updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email to the group participants.
To transfer your Kwikpic credits to your bank account, please email your bank account details or UPI ID to sales@kwikpic.in. The credits will be transferred on the 10th of every month.
Note: You must have a minimum of 1,000 credits earned through photo sales to be eligible for the transfer.
Digital Album
You can upload up to 100 photos in one Digital Album.
A Digital Album in Kwikpic is a unique blend of modern and traditional photo experiences. It allows you to easily upload, organize, and customize your photos in a digital format, while still offering the classic, page-flipping feel of a traditional album.
The Digital Album feature is available in Premium Plans. However, you can enable it for specific groups in other plans by paying a nominal fee.
Yes, you can customize your Digital Album by selecting different color themes and arranging photos to your preference.
For Kwikpic Business Accounts, Go to Business Settings > select Album Settings, and enter your business name and logo under the logo section to brand your Digital Album.
Yes, you can download your entire Digital Album for offline viewing by using the Download button.
Branding & Sponsors
To add multiple brands or sponsors in a Kwikpic group, Open the Group Settings > Branding & Sponsors Tab > Click on the Add New button. Enter the sponsor's details and logo, and then save your changes.
Yes, you can rearrange sponsors by clicking the rearrange button, dragging them into your preferred order, and then saving the changes.
Yes, simply turn off the Show My Branding toggle in the sponsor branding tab to hide your branding, ensuring that your sponsor's branding is displayed first.
Sponsor branding will be visible on the login page, group opening page, and inside the group.
Yes, you can add multiple sponsors by using the Add New button in the Branding & Sponsors tab.
If your group’s cover image already includes branding, you can turn off the Branding on Login Page to avoid overlapping with Kwikpic’s branding overlay.

Buy and Sell

No, the Buy and Sell feature must be enabled at the time of creating a group. It cannot be turned on later for existing groups.
You can set up to five different pricing bundles, each based on quantity ranges (e.g., $10 per photo for 1–10, $6 per photo for 11–30, etc.).
A pricing bundle in the buy and sell photos feature on Kwikpic is a way to set tiered pricing based on the number of photos a client buys.
Instead of setting one fixed price for every photo, you can offer discounts when someone buys more photos — encouraging bulk purchases.
To purchase photos on Kwikpic, you'll first need to add credits to your Kwikpic wallet. Once you've selected the photos you want and added them to your cart, go to the Cart section to review your order and see the price breakdown based on the applicable pricing bundle. After confirming your selection, click Checkout to complete the purchase using your wallet credits. Once the payment is successful, the watermark-free versions of the photos will be available in your gallery.
All your purchased photos are available in the Purchased folder of the group for easy access and download.
Yes, once a photo is purchased, the high-quality, watermark-free version is available in the buyer’s gallery for download.
To buy photos on Kwikpic,
- Join the event group using a shared link or QR code shared by the photographer or event host.
- You'll see watermarked photos with a Premium tag, indicating they're available for purchase.
- Select the photos you like by adding them to your cart, either individually or in bulk.
- Click on the Cart icon to see a detailed price breakdown based on the pricing bundle set by the photographer.
- Add credits to your Kwikpic wallet and click Checkout to complete the purchase.
The purchased photos will appear without watermarks in your gallery and also in the Purchased folder in the group for easy access.
